WHAT WILL U-GROW ADVENTURES DO?

PRESENT "K9'S -4- KIDS'' ASSEMBLY TO STUDENTS & FACULTY

EXPLAIN DETAILS OF "CLIMB -4- SUCCESS" DURING THE PRESENTATION

PROVIDE PARENT INFORMATION & DONATION COLLECTION ENVELOPES

COLLECT FROM THE OFFICE ENVELOPES SEPARATED BY CLASSROOMS

MAKE ALL DEPOSITS OF MONEY AND DO ALL BOOKEEPING

PROVIDE THE SCHOOL WITH SUMMARY OF FINANCIAL ACTIVITY

DETERMINE NUMBER OF CLIMBS FOR CHILDREN PARTICIPATING

DETERMINE PRIZES FOR CHILDREN PARTICIPATING

RETURN TO SCHOOL AND CHILDREN CLIMB "VERTICAL FUN"

PRESENT CHECK, CHOICE OF MATERIALS, OR EQUIPMENT

 

         SCHOOLS WILL

  • students and faculty will attend the "K9's -4- Kids" assembly including a presentation on how to participate in "Climb -4- Success" .
  • teachers will hand out materials for       "Climb -4- Success".
  • teachers will collect envelopes, money enclosed, from children on designated days.
  • teachers will turn envelopes into school office on designated days.
  • teachers will accompany class outside on the day class is assigned to climb       "Vertical Fun".
  • each class will provide 3 volunteers       to assist with climbing activities during their scheduled time.

   STUDENTS WILL

  • get permission from parents or       guardians to collect donations and climb.
  • set a goal of how many times they will climb.
  • collect donation from family, friends, and relatives.
  • put money in envelopes, fill out names, addresses, and amount.
  • have parent or guardian sign consent and release form.
  • turn envelope into teacher on designated days.
  • CLIMB, RECEIVE THEIR PRIZES, & HAVE FUN...
